Message from the Representative Director

• The second Abe administration, which kicked off amid growing public expectations, has been promoting bold monetary policy, which has resulted in high stock prices and a weak yen. It seems that the economy of Japan is finally showing signs of a gradual recovery. On the other hand, there are many unstable factors, including international issues, such as the situation on the Korean Peninsula and the stagnation of the European economy, and the domestic issue of consumption tax increase. The outlook of the future is still uncertain.

• In an effort to survive in such a severe environment and in pursuit of opportunities for further development, many companies make various investments and continue unflagging efforts to improve profitability and efficiency.

• Under the motto, “We think from a customer’s viewpoint,” which we have upheld since the inception of our company, we accurately assess the situation of each company and proactively support the company’s various activities toward further growth.

• We act under the following three consulting policies:

1. We continue providing services of outstanding quality in the accounting field.

• All corporate activities result in accounting numbers. In order to analyze the activities of a company and make effective improvements, it is essential to create a management accounting system useful for the company. Today, the key issue in accounting is to create a mechanism that provides useful accounting information in a more multilateral and prompt manner. We provide optimal services for each customer by combining our expertise, which we accumulated through past projects, with the latest theory and ever evolving information systems.

2．We provide system introduction support in strict accordance with a customer’s needs.

• When providing services to customers, we act not as a system introduction vendor, but as a supporter who aim to facilitate user tasks by introducing a system. We help facilitate user tasks, such as project management, participation in review meetings, review of deliverables, education, and migration, and thereby support customers who plan to introduce a new system while conducting current business.

3．We provide support to corporate activities toward globalization.

• Today, globalization is an inevitable issue for the enhancement of corporate competitiveness. In the future, issues, such as business integration, shared services, and system introduction, will be implemented from a global perspective. We provide proactive support to corporate activities toward globalization by leveraging our domestic and overseas networks.
